Serving Tables (The 5-Step Process)

I have a routine that I go about with each one of my tables. It helps me cover all of my bases and make sure that I can present each of my tables all that my restaurant has to offer. Of course, there will be times when more of some and less of others is needed depending on different circumstances, but this process is very helpful. I like to think of this 5 -step processs as the necessities.

Along with this process, keep in mind that staying educated about your menu items and changes, and in-store evets and promotions will always work to your advantage. Customers love when their servers are knowledgeable and able to answer any questions they may have right on the spot. It leaves them with a confidence that their orders will be filled correctly and adds to their overall dining experience. The better their experience, the more likely they are to dine at your restaurant again.
